About us

MAZE2 SA is a registered company in Geneva, Switzerland. It was founded in 2022 by a group of six Swiss individuals who shared a common passion for Web 3 technology and a vision for a more decentralized future.

Our skills

Our team has extensive experience in developing decentralized applications (dApps) on various blockchains (mainly ETH, ALPH, SOL, BSC). We've developed a range of blockchain solutions for various industries, such as an open-source Wallet (Sezame Wallet), mounted mining pools and cloud mining services to mine on Alephium, a simple staking feature on Aventus and more. Our developers have extensive experience in using APIs and SDKs from partner networks using languages like javascript, Python, C++ or solidity while our DevOps team ensures that our infrastructure is always reliable and secure.

In addition to blockchain development, our front end developers and project managers also excel at creating intuitive user interfaces for our projects, working closely with UI/UX designers to ensure that our dApps are not only functional but also user-friendly. Our aim is always on creating designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. Tobias Kuster

CEO / Project manager

Tobias is a 25-year project management veteran who's led developer teams across 12 countries. He has experience leading high-tech projects for major brands (such as Mercedes, Porsche, GSK, and EasyJet), as a team leader on an NFT project also featured on Decentraland Metaverse and manager for one the main airdrop platforms. Tobias has supervised the development of Sesame Wallet v1 and Sezame v2, and been main point of contact on different grant programes, highlighting his ability to handle complex projects in the crypto industry.

Olivier Bitsch

DevOps / Developer

Olivier is a skilled developer/DevOPS who has experience a broad experience in both web2 and web 3 projects. His latest projects include developing digital asset aggregators and exchange platforms for financial companies in Geneva. He co-developed the first Sesame Wallet application and managed the development of sezame-wallet application v2, including integration of Aventus on their open-source Wallet. Olivier's expertise lies in defining the requirements and back-end architecture of complex projects in the crypto and financial industries.

Gilles Hemmerlé

Lead developer

Gilles is an experienced developer who co-developed the Sesame Wallet for Alephium's mainnet launch and improved the coingrig API to add Aventus blockchain integration. He was also the main developer of a DApp for an NFT collection and developed a KYC platform for a private financial company in Geneva. Gilles is well-versed in developing complex projects in the crypto and financial industries, with a focus on blockchain integration and DApps development.

Flavien Mauler

Crypto strategic advisor & board member

Flavien has a scientific background, passionate about technology and innovation, he started is journey in the medical field. He then certified on blockchain technologies and business applications from UC Berkeley. In addition to that, he builded a strong knowledge and certified in corporate governance. Flavien lives in Switzerland and is contributing on the project strategy and management.

Sezame Wallet

Historically, Sezame Wallet was developed on the Alephium blockchain as a non custodial, open source Wallet, offering easy-to-use cloud mining service to all users. Sezame Wallet has now become multichain, with staking feature on Aventus network.
